This sets out what you buy, what you get, what I commit to and what I do not. It is written to be understood, not to hide anything. If something does not sit right, ask before paying.
Hereafter «EH-TRADE» or «we». The site is ehtradebots.com and the contact channel is the form on the site.
You buy a licence to use a program for MetaTrader 5, delivered compiled (.ex5) together with the indicators it needs. You are not buying the source code, ownership of the program, or any kind of money-management service.
The licence is personal and non-transferable, and is tied to the MetaTrader 5 account number you gave us. It does not expire: there is no subscription or renewal.
If you change account or broker, write to us: we send you the file or key for the new account, free of charge and as many times as needed.
Delivery is electronic and immediate. As soon as the payment is confirmed on-chain, the page shows you your licence key and the download link, and we also email it to the address you gave.
If automatic confirmation fails for any reason, delivery is done by hand within 24 business hours. No payment received is ever lost.
Prices are in US dollars and charged in USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20). The published amount is the final amount: EH-TRADE absorbs the network fee within a reasonable tolerance.
Any tax, withholding or charge due in your country is on you. EH-TRADE does not withhold or remit third-country taxes.
There are no refunds. This is a digital product delivered in full at the moment of payment, and it cannot be returned.
I make up for it by showing you more before you pay than anyone else does: the full data sheet of every bot — maximum drawdown, losing streak, months in the red, worst trade and the month-by-month result — is published and free. Read it in full before buying. If you have doubts, write and we answer them before, not after.
By pressing «I'm going to pay» you are requesting immediate delivery of digital content and, where a legal right of withdrawal for digital content exists, you accept that it lapses once delivery begins.
Support runs until the bot is trading in your account. It covers installation, indicators, chart setup, the licence, and any fault in the file.
It does not cover advice on what to trade, how much to risk, which broker to use, or when to enter or exit the market. Those decisions are yours.
Every published figure is a simulation over historical data and does not represent live trading. Simulated results are built with hindsight and do not necessarily reflect liquidity, slippage or your broker's real execution conditions.
No result, real or simulated, guarantees future performance. EH-TRADE promises no profit of any kind.
Trading leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose your entire invested capital. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.
EH-TRADE sells software. It is not registered as an investment adviser, does not manage third-party funds, has no access to your accounts and recommends no instruments. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
EH-TRADE is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, failures of your broker, your connection, your hardware or MetaTrader, nor for decisions you make about position size, leverage or timing.
In any case, and to the extent the law allows, EH-TRADE's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date at the top. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
