We ask for the minimum needed to sell to you and support you, we do not sell or share data with anyone, and the site does not track you.

1 · Who processes your data

2 · What we collect

• If you write through the contact form: your name, your email and whatever you type in the message.
• If you buy: your email, your MetaTrader 5 account number, and — from the payment — the transaction id, the sending address, the amount and the date. Those last three are public on the blockchain; we do not generate them.

We neither ask for nor receive card details, identity documents or bank data.

3 · What we use them for

• To answer you.
• To generate your licence, which is computed from your account number.
• To verify that the payment exists and was not claimed before.
• To send you the file and support you until it is running.

We do not use them for advertising or profiling.

4 · Who they are shared with

With nobody, except the three providers the site needs to work:

• Cloudflare — hosting for the site, the payment-verification program and the store where orders are kept.
• Web3Forms — the service that carries what you type in the forms to our inbox.
• Google Fonts — the site's typefaces load from their servers, which log the IP address of whoever requests them. If you would rather that did not happen, tell us and we will host them ourselves.

We do not sell, rent or hand over data to third parties, and there are no advertisers.

5 · Cookies and tracking

6 · How long we keep them

• Contact-form messages: as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted.
• Purchase data: for the life of the licence, because we need it to support you and to reissue your key if you change account.

7 · Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data of yours we hold, to correct it or to delete it. Write to support@ehtradebots.com or use the contact form. We answer within a reasonable time and at no cost.

Note that if we delete your purchase data we will not be able to reissue your licence later on.

8 · Minors

This site is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9 · International transfers

EH-TRADE LLC is in the United States and its providers run servers in several countries. By using the site you accept that your data is processed outside your country of residence.

10 · Changes

If this changes, the version in force is the one published on this page, with its date at the top.
